Founder & Principal, Mike Rocco Collective

Mike Rocco is a seasoned executive with expertise in marketing, communications, brand development and graphic design. His experience spans industry leaders including Disney, Hulu, Starz and MRC. As Founder and Principal of the Portland-based Mike Rocco Collective, he leverages his expertise, tenacity, and passion for building strong relationships to earn clients’ trust. Most recently, Mike worked alongside the CEOs of leading independent MRC as the head of internal and brand communications. He was integral in helping the organization navigate a global pandemic, focus on social issues, address workforce reductions and acted as a change agent to support the business through its evolution. At Starz, Mike led the creation of communications and events focused on aligning the workforce and also supported investor relations for Lionsgate. During his five years at Hulu, Mike was an integral part of the communications team supporting recruitment, talent development, employee engagement and brand projects. He began his career with a 22-year run at The Walt Disney Company, where he worked across a variety of roles within theme parks, corporate citizenship and media networks. ✸
